Purpose-built for American drone production.
ProForge is the drone production arm of Productiv — twenty years of US assembly, kitting, and fulfillment operations, focused into a single mission: building the aircraft America's drone programs need, at the scale they need them.
The drone industrial base has a production gap.
American drone programs are scaling faster than American production capacity. OEMs have the designs and the demand — what they don't have is a partner who can assemble at volume, document every unit, and hit hard delivery windows without the overhead and lead times of a traditional contract manufacturer.
ProForge closes that gap. We operate precision electro-mechanical assembly, lot-controlled supply chains, and program logistics from NDAA-compliant facilities in North Carolina and Texas.
Behind it is Productiv: two decades of US operations experience running complex assembly and fulfillment programs for some of the most demanding brands in the country. The process discipline is proven. ProForge points it at drones.
Doug Legan
U.S. Army Special Operations Lieutenant Colonel (Ret.). Doug leads ProForge's operations the way he led in uniform: documented process, hard accountability, and delivery windows treated as non-negotiable. Military-grade discipline isn't a marketing claim here — it's the operating system.
Paul Baker
Co-owner of Productiv and the architect of its operating economics. Paul built the unit-rate commercial model ProForge runs on — a fixed price per assembled, tested unit — and leads the systems that keep production measurable, traceable, and improving program over program.
Productiv has operated US assembly, kitting, and fulfillment programs for over twenty years. ProForge runs on that infrastructure — the facilities, the workforce model, and the quality systems — dedicated to the drone and defense industrial base.
